You don't know what is pi sai?
very simple.
Your index finger, stick it into your nostril.
Left or right doesn't matter.
Then with that finger, gently explore and feel around.
Eventually you'll feel some strange icky substance in there.
Dig it out and look at it.
Thats the all famous Pisai.
Some people consider it a delicacy and even go to the extent of eating it!
