Qn on 4GB Lexar SDHC Card

I was using the 4GB Lexar SDHC Card and it suddenly stopped working. Camera (Ixus 120) reports card error. I am unable to 'read' it using any computers or other devices. I tried to email Lexar.com.sg but no reply.

Any one has similar experience on the card? Its about 3-4 years old. What are my options?

Card is under lifetime warranty ? Claim against warranty if yes...

check with Convergent. They are the distributor for Lexar if not wrong.
