Taekwondo Grading

I believe it's like the ability to ride bicycles. Once you mastered it, you will pick it up again at the shortest time ;p

Stop for years, and might take at least a year to pick up again. Went back for warm up, also need to ask my junior to guide me the pattern step. Totally forgotten. Haha

When I was younger, almost every night can see children practicing TKD outside RC badminton court and CC.

My sons will go grading at TPY 4th Oct..
Last 3 time were at YCK, think TPY finished with its reno..

Glad I made your day today.

She actually enjoyed the sparring. The static movements were quite boring for her.

Good thing is that her kicks are not strong. Else.....
