How is Punggol Road End now?

Still heavy construction? I've read some posts saying there are constructions but if you go to the sides you can still get some shots in. Just curious if anyone has been there recently.

Left of Jetty (facing sea), if you want to include the jetty for the sunrise... rocks area un-touched.

and the Beginning of a New Chapter!"
