Hi anyone has a digital workflow for doing these in bulk?
1) raw
2) edit in raw (camera raw? , remove spots, smoothen skin etc)
i think it is difficult to do in bulk for these, it depends on the individual photos.

3) put a frame or copyright or "photo by" on the image in bulk
4) resize it in bulk

where to use camera raw and where to use photoshop, or lightroom.?

raw --> adjust white balance, exposure, noise reduction
raw --> jpg
jpg --> liquidfy, clone, edit, borders
batch resize software

raw --> canon DPP
Jpg --> CS4
Batch resize --> ACDSee Pro

1. Lightroom, import raw files from camera into photo library
2. Lightroom, raw editing can be done in bulk but depends on the action you do
3. Lightroom, yes for putting copyright text, not sure about framing
4. Lightroom, can either resize during export to JPG, or crop the raw image in bulk

3. It can put copyright text, but not watermark. If i remember correctly.
And it cannot do framing here.

Can, get the right plugin, e.g. LRMogrify The watermark, copyright text or frame becomes part of the export action. For more plugins just check with Adobe Exchange. LR is open for all sorts of plugins and there are many people developing little helpers.
