Heard in the news earlier that Ferarri is appealing to have a 3rd driver for next year, they're bringing in Michael. Or are they not expecting Massa to be back even by next season?

and i think it's high time to replace Badoer in the next race. it's disheartening to see a Ferrari in first position from the back.

J. Button is arrogant?

yup... months back when he was riding high... during one interview... he got real arrogant. if i recalled correctly, he mentioned that he's the best driver around.

Car weights are out. Rubens is the lightest among the top 10, in fact, the lightest on the grid. So he'll be the first to pit. Unless there's a safety car incident, it doesn't look to his advantage.

1. Giancarlo Fisichella, Force India, 648kg
2. Jarno Trulli, Toyota, 656.5
3. Nick Heidfeld, BMW Sauber, 655
4. Rubens Barrichello, Brawn GP, 644.5
5. Robert Kubica, BMW Sauber, 649
6. Kimi Raikkonen, Ferrari, 655
7. Timo Glock, Toyota, 648.5
8. Sebastian Vettel, Red Bull, 662.5
9. Mark Webber, Red Bull, 658
10. Nico Rosberg, Williams, 670
11. Adrian Sutil, Force India, 678.5
12. Lewis Hamilton, McLaren, 693.5
13. Fernando Alonso, Renault, 684.4
14. Jenson Button, Brawn GP, 694.2
15. Heikki Kovalainen, McLaren, 697
16. Sebastien Buemi, Toro Rosso, 685
17. Jaime Alguersuari, Toro Rosso, 704.5
18. Kazuki Nakajima, Williams, 706.1
19. Romain Grosjean, Renault, 704.7
20. Luca Badoer, Ferrari, 691.5

Don't think Force India can win even if they start in pole. They don't have it as a team nor in the car to win.

BMW is strong, they are most likely to win this race unless Brawn or Toyota can pull something out of their bag.

I do hope Barichello wins.... that will show Button that he is not "best driver".

i'm hoping the same.

it seems that the current line-up of Brit drivers have a penchant of becoming arrogant when they start to be successful. just take a look at Pork Slice in 2007... and now Button. just hope that he will be humbled by nice guy Barrichello.

the best is Kimi. win or lose... he is indifferent

Yeah, Button said that during his winning steak in the early part of the season. Was it in Monaco?

Kimi? He's just emotion-less. :bsmilie:

anyone looks at those Singapore Pools odds?

They rate:
Raikkonen 4.0
Trulli 4.0
Barrichello 6.0
Vettel 6.0
Webber 10

and the rest more than 10 dollars. Even Fisichella is 11.0 :)

Ya maybe something in their heritage .... a little success gets to their heads real fast. Then hopefully they come down to earth. Otherwise they stay in orbit ... ego larger than ability.

Kimi is really "ice" ..... Finnish heritage?

Ice-man won again in Spa!

Fisi took 2nd, Vettel 3rd.

Button lead cut to only 2pts?

Yeah, his nearest rival, Rubens, only managed 7th place. Vettel moved up to 3rd in the drivers' standings.

Button lead is now 16 points over Barichello and 17 over Vettel.

Hamilton n Button crashed out on 1st lap.
Pity as it would be better if Button had completed the race so that his loss of points can be due to his poor perf. Now he can blame crash.

Great race by Fisi but unfortunately he can't hold the lead after safety car. Ferrari KERS Force India. Good second finish for Force India. I must say they are doing so much better than McLaren.

i tink its more like cut by 2 points...he was having 18 pts lead before today, so quite impossible to cut to 2 points...;)

good win by Kimi...great driving from the start!

i wished FI had applied KERS,

even that few seconds of recovery of 90 hps,

helped ferrari to clinch the title,

however i must say, hamilton's accident was most unfortunate,

but at least gave his team-mate a chance to shine a little.
