How are you going to paid malaysia network? Every month traveller to malaysia to paid the network. Do you know the malaysia jam there.You can just wast your time travel ups and down.
mine no problem, all 3 telco fighting for customers in my work place, we have special rate, and most importantly, we call directly to their sale manager.
Money matters to them i suppose. They only concentrate on courting new subscribers but usually ignore their own users and hold them hostage on bill payments. What irony...
+1 to that impression.
I chose SingTel as the lesser of two evils compared to M1.
Still thinking about moving to StarHub though.

like some have said, it's down to choosing the best of the 3 evils. some have good things of each telco, and some have bad. past personal experience plays a part.
for me singtel's customer service sucked big time. i was pissed off that they could not resolve my billing issues for 3 months. the last straw was when the customer service officer hung up the phone on me. since then i have moved all my accounts out of singtel to m1 and starhub and have never been happier.
of late though i also experienced what the TS mentioned. long call wait to starhub customer service. not sure why cos just last month i got thru without any problems. anyway in the end i popped down to their tampines mall outlet and settled the problem.

This problem happens if mobile search mode in "auto". Has to switch to manual search mode to prevent this problem but sometimes have to stand at balcony to answer phone call...maybe my house lots blind spot... :dunno:
might be phone also. eg. i found that the newer sony ericsson phones reception not as good. places where i used to get 5 bars with my older SE phone, now i barely get 2 bars.
Ya ... snice my last post yday till now still no one call me they said wait no more then 2hrs now is 15hrs liao ....
Think will might consider switching to M1 when contracts end at least i got no prob with them!:bsmilie:
