For me i will choose the Sigma 24-70mm F2.8 EX DG MACRO over Tamron AF28-75mm F/2.8 XR Di LD Aspherical (IF) because on FF cam 4mm wider at the wide angle side is quiet alot. You can try this two lenses at any cam shop to see the diff...
