Sigma or Tamron

Any advice on whether the Sigma 24-70mm F2.8 EX DG MACRO or Tamron AF28-75mm F/2.8 XR Di LD Aspherical (IF) is better??

For me i will choose the Sigma 24-70mm F2.8 EX DG MACRO over Tamron AF28-75mm F/2.8 XR Di LD Aspherical (IF) because on FF cam 4mm wider at the wide angle side is quiet alot.

You can try this two lenses at any cam shop to see the diff...

i would prefer the tamron 28-75 f/2.8. i owned one last year and its a great piece of glass.

I'm on tamron 28-75mm too. Great lens. and cheap...

Tamron's better IMO. I'm getting my cheap 70-300 f/4-5.6 Di LD Macro this weekend, more for the 1:2 macro and 300mm focal length.
