2) told whatever photographs taken is the exclusive copyright of the company and the photographer has no claim to the images, even to use it for portfolio. No equipment or training was supplied from the company.
3) told by prominent senior director to initiate a image bank project by soliciting images from volunteer submission of local photographers. Furthermore he is tasked to make sure all submissions be accompanied with a signed agreement by the photographers to waive all rights.
4) told the opportunity to "photograph" allows him to develop his skills and talent when the photographer is already an award winning and contributer to various publications. When informed, the company insists they are special.
5) warned by legal department that he is not allowed to shoot for the company without their explicit blessings. When informed that the management told him to do so, the legal attache said, "Oh." and hung up the phone.
6) told by dinner and dance committee that he is needed to cover the event but he needs to pay for entrance to the event since no one is given a free meal. When asked how he is suppose to eat and photograph at the same time, the committee member replied, "like wedding dinners loh, ask people at the table to save some food for you."
