Don't take a photo while someone is sleeping.

Don't take photos of people 'cause it will capture the soul.

These two. Very annoying.

#1, never never tell the wedding couple to get in the wedding car by saying: "kee chia"

#2, never never tell the wedding couple to stand in front wedding car for photo taking by saying: "came and take chia tou xiong"

Had any problems? I have not had a successful outing with the dead. There is always something wrong with my images.

I started off with film long time ago. One time the whole roll just never got exposed. Then another time it was all dark, includes the reel of the film. Both times I process it myself via a auto loader film machine. Funny...and I thought my camera had some problems but it never did when i shot other stuffs.

Then came the digital era, where my images looks good on the preview but when i uploaded it, it just had flare on the person's face......

I tried shooting for the last time of a dead peron in the coffin. This time round it had flare on one side of the frame.......

After that I never want to shoot anymore dead people......

I see, it is not easy to shoot the head shot of the decease without flare, cos of the glass, and the poor ambient light, using flash also not ideal, (btw, other pple pls don't suggest using PL filter, PL filter won't work here)

anyway, I don't encounter anything funny shooting wakes.

Close the dead man's eyes before you use Lightsphere on him.
That is sensible. You want to avoid red-eye.
That would not be pleasant to do on photoshop knowing that the person is already dead.
Skali the red eye you remove but it comes back, again and again and again...

Was in Dubai in march last year visiting a relative, 1 of my cousins just bought a Humvee, try to take a photo of him besides his new vehicle, he replied with a big "NO". He says that it was a bad luck to to be photog beside a new vehicle.
oh yah.. this one i hear before, but nobody could explain to me why 'cannot' and what sort of 'bad luck'
