very pleasing bokeh bro ;)
Thanks, Minolta was not famous for bokeh for nothing ;) Many other brand lens can't give pleasing smooth circular bokeh.

It's also a sharp lens :)

The less button is not a disadvantage IMHO...They consolidated very well the functions into the knob and FN button. :)

Yup, it was taken with Alpha 100, so far quite satisfy with it :)except sometime for the high ISO noise issue , which need to may gone through noise reduction, and less button than KM 5D.

still not use to the knob function  As I change ISO or flash quite frequently, the changing knob + press top button become more inconvenient to me.

the cheapest is minolta 50mm f/1.7, though the bokeh may not be as nice as 85mm f/1.4. not sure how does it compare to 30mm f/1.4 though.

thx for the input zcf..
i also think about getting a 50 1.7, just i havent found one with cheap price in sg.. btw how about 50 1.4? i believe the price is higher, does it worth it?

sorry another noob question.. :o i got a 28-75 2.8 D.. when i shot in the widest, is it 28mm or 28mm x 1.5 (crop factor)?

thanks

That will be x 1.5 due crop factor.
