Practical Photography is the one I usually read. Not bad, easy to understand.

Library has these mags, quite a lot of back issues;

1) Amateur Photography
2) Popular Photography
3) Peterson's
4) PhotoVideoI
5) Outdoor Photography

Those are the ones I usually read, anyways; take it from the #1 library exploiter.

These are mags. Library got A LOT of books. It's free if you meet deadlines, and I noticed that Toa Payoh seems to have a lot of photography related stuff, when I went by the other time, wonder why. Maybe the in-charge is a photography freak. =D
