Go swimming or jogging 2 to 3 time a week for 1 hr...may be it could help.it did help me abit..

U can also work OT over the weekday till 10pm++ or weekend(sat and sun !!) till 8pm++ that can help u to keep off those anger, sadness and frustration...but of cause if your anger, sadness and frustration is from work then don't work OT lor...

this method i did try before.....i can say it really burn u out till no mood to think of "anger, sadness and frustration".u just want to go home and sleep.....nothing else

Look at porn. Seriously.

But that's just a temporary solution, of course.

Talk it out, spill it out. In some form or other. If you find you don't have friends around to listen to what you have to say, start a blog. You don't have to leave clues to your identity if that's what you prefer. Writing out your thoughts and feelings can be very therapeutic. A few years ago, I was really pushed to the edge and nearly wanted to resort to solutions of the chemical kind (i.e. medication) to calm myself down.

Then I started writing, and found myself within a community of like-minded individuals. True, these are mostly just virtual characters in cyberspace, but it's good to know that there are people who either have the same kind of issues you face, or they simply emphathise with what you're going through. It does help a great deal knowing you're not alone.

There's no quick-fix solution to such issues of anger and sadness and such. It may turn out to be quite a long-drawn process, so it's important that you yourself try your best to have a positive outlook.

I believe you must have the faith that things will get better.

Start a blog! and write about anything and everything. no matter how unreasonable or insensible it might be... just write as a way to let out some of these things. ;)

Hi ,

Try hydro - therapy . To quote an article that I once read : " To humans, hydrotherapy has an calming effect. Before we were born, we spent 9 - 10 mths swimming in the womb. The aquatic surrounding gives us an safe, secure and calming feeling as if we are in our mum's womb."

4yrs back , I took up scuba diving. AFAIK, I'm the lousiest swimmer among my friends. Nonetheless, I took up the diving course with a buddy. And I had never look back since. After each diving trip, I can feel my body and soul recharged . Especially if you combine diving with underwater photography.

If you are not so comfortable in water, maybe you can start with swimming more regularly 1st.

Cheers.

Help others that are more frustrated, angry or sadder than yourself, help them find thier way, along that way, you will find yourself too.

I find regular exercise and yoga quite therapeutic.

Just read the book "Depeche Mode : Black Celebration"... looks like the best way to get away from all this... fly to L.A. shoot up heroin and cocaine, load a shotgun and blow your head off. Gee... Isn't that what happened to Kurt Cobain from the band Nirvana? Well... yes... stress can lead you to do stupid things... so... bottom line is understand where all the Anger, Sadness, Frustration is coming from.

And deal with the root of the problem.

Exercise helps because when your physical body is fit, it does handle stress a little better, but the best thing to do is still learning to deal with the root of the problem.

It is only human to experience feelings and emotions. Negative thoughts will destroy our well-being ultimately. A change of environment might help you to break the cycle of negative thoughts. From then on, it is up to yourself not to fall back into the depression trap again.
