I'm sorry, but the first impression I get isn't "yummy" at all. In fact, quite the opposite... From this angle, it looks like I'm looking at a bird carcass.
I think the processing doesn't do the duck justice. The mood of the picture feels funeral-like because of the high black levels.
I hope you won't be offended by my comments. Keep shooting!

i found the hanging ducks cruel to look at. and at first i thought they were dogs.

but then again... another man's meat is another man's poison

the composition is off with too many distracting elements in the background.
duck is always yummy, provided at 1st glance it can be seem it's ducks hanging there and not something else.
try shooting at a frontal angle where you can get more ducks in the frame

hmmm sorry i think the colours and composition dont really work for me.. roasted ducks should look golden brown and oily.. hmm maybe you should emphasize that.
