Yu Shan trek, Taiwan (Nov 2011)

Any keen trekkers here?

After my last trek to Mt Kinabalu last year May, I am dying for my next Mountain trek again.

As I have planned and booked my trip to taiwan from 13/11/2011 - 25/11/2011 already, I have decided to include Yu Shan into my itinerary.

This is going to be a 2-4 days trek depending on the routes we are taking.

I Remb during my Alishan trip in Feb, I was told one need to register to be able to trek yushan n is usually very diff to get the permit cos alot bookings been made way in advance. Is this so?

ya.. make sure you have the permits as early as possible..
i was @ the snow mountain range in April this year, and that was the advice from the locals.
YuShan is an extremely popular mountain..
