Guys Benjamin has contacted Fuji and they have show interest in supporting our group. As of what support, we will have to propose to them and have to be realistic. I will be meeting up Benjamin next Tuesday evening (6 plus after work) for discussion. Anyone interested please join us for brainstorming in Funan.

By now, there are 14 people on the list. It may not be easy to find adjacent tables in the food court to accommodate the group. If Fuji is willing to support the group, maybe they can offer their showroom site as a gathering place? They provides chairs and a few tables, and with drinks perhaps. A good public relation and marketing for them too.

I thought of that too but not too sure if it will be disruptive to their work and if it will be approved by their management. We can however check with them if it is feasible.

Btw, if I may quickly enquire over here, would like to seek advice from your. I am seriously thinking of getting the Samyang 8mm fisheye lens (Priority 1) & efx20 (Priority 2) flash (using X-E1). However, still toggling whether to buy 2nd hand or 1st hand for both. Appreciate in adv all advices, tks!

the samyang is great! i haven't seen much 2nd hand ones though.

I have met up with Benjamin, Dean and Leonard earlier. We discussed and thought it will be fun to include a shooting session on Sunday as well.
For those who are interested for shooting, please bring along your appropriate gears for landscape shooting. For those who are not shooting, you can still follow the group to the shooting location to continue chit chatting.

4.30pm onward Esplanade for Landscape shooting
