Comes with original box and everything that comes with it.
Above price comes with a 8 gb sd card, a Mr Zhou's half case which accomodates a thumbs up(brown with brown stitching), a chrome thumbs up ($170 ++) and the original large grip ( bought it for $400 ++ a few years ago).
Not sure how to check the shutter count but it should be less than 1500.
