This is exactly the same as the Full Retail version of LR5, just that this came bundled with something I bought from Buydig.com.
You will be able to register the serial number with Adobe directly.
I will provide you with a gift receipt from my purchase. I've sold a copy back in March, so you can be sure it is a genuine full copy.
