Lens is quite clean. There are only one or two spots of dust in the second element from the back (due to the zoom which sucks air into the lens body). Also, there is a very slight cleaning mark due to previous CLA which most likely can't be seen.
Cosmetics of the lens is average. Some small parts of the black paint chipped off. Not for fussy buyer.
