Selling the above superb lens that was bought in August 2010 (exact date can't remember as I have misplaced the reciept) at MS Colour for $1299, selling for $950. Comes with original box, accessories and unfilled warranty card.
This is an outstanding general-purpose lens that will get you close enough for travel and some wildlife shots, and even some sports and yet it zooms wide enough to capture good vacation scenics. Somewhere in the middle, thanks to its circular aperture blades, it produces pleasing bokeh and is therefore also well-suited for portrait photos when shooting in the 70mm range. And indeed, throughout the range it delivers high quality results that will hold up to 8x10 or larger enlargement.
Reason for selling: Recently got a 100mm-300mm Lumix G Lens early this year and thus this lens have been under utilised. Have been sitting in my dry cabinet since and looking for new owner.
