Comes with original matching front cap and lens hood. Nikon never did provide a rear cap for this lens as it was never made to be used away from its collector edition S3 body.
Ranks up there with the best 50mm 1.4's in the world. And regarded as Nikon's ultimate 50mm 1.4 lens, based on a optical formula that rivals the Leica ASPH (but with more bokeh character IMO), and costs more to produce than it sold for. For that reason, it's unlikely that Nikon ever plans to release it in any form or mount again.
