Am selling the above, funding a upgrade to the 105mm.
Some paint peel off the barrel tip, but no scratches/marks on the lens. Protected by a Hoya HMC filter since Day 1. Would conservatively rate the item between a 7 and a 8.
Note that there is a crack mark on the M/A focusing selector, which is a common design flaw amongst the older generation of Nikkors. See photo for details. I've contemplated sending for repairs, but decided otherwise as the item still works.

Note that this does not impact performance at all - I have since gaffered the crack, and the M/A focusing selector still works perfectly. IMHO, the selector ring is still held by the metal catch, so it won't fall off.
As a mark of confidence, I will provide a 14 day warranty on the item, except if there is any damage from the user trying to self-fix the crack mark.
Will throw in a Hoya SHMC filter.
