Never take it outside as I only use it for copying film.
Lens glass is clean, free from scratches, fungi or haze but there are some small dust particles inside if you look very carefully.
Aperture blades are dry and clean, can stop down without any hesitation.
Focusing ring is very well dampened and turns evenly across the whole focusing range.
