On sale is the Leica 50 summicron 70th anniversary limited edition. Many believe this edition is to commemorate the Leica Midland factory. The lens is in a totally mint condition. The glasses are clean and clear. I only mounted it to my camera once or twice. This is the v4 of the 50 summicron, which shares the same optical design of the current version. V4 has a smaller size and a handy focus tab. I personally prefer v4 for its practicality.
It came with full box and the original certificate. It is perfect for collection. Or you can use it and start giving it your personal marks. This limited edition is special for the "leica 1913-1983" engraved on the lens. You don't find this in the 50 or 100 anniversary limited editions.
