There are no scratches or fungus, and more than 7 months of warranty left.
This is an excellent walk around lens, giving u a reasonably wide focal length range. A good lens to bring for travelling where you can take wide landscape photos or zoom in to take close up potraits. This lens also has Image Stablisation (IS) for taking sharper quality picture without the use of any tripod.
