I have for sale, an EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM.
This lens needs no introduction. It's a lovely lens that is absolutely sharp and produces great colours.
I bought this lens on 10 Feb 2009 from Cathay Photo. I take care of my equipment very well, and this lens sits in the dry cabinet when not in use. The filter (not included with the sale) has been screwed onto the front since day 1. So, it is in excellent++ condition.
The cosmetic condition of my lens is beautiful as can be seen from my attached pictures. There are no scratches or scuff marks on the lens itself. I will give you a brand new original lens cap because the existing one has some scuff marks since I usually store the lens with the cap down. So, ignore the lens cap in the attached pictures because that's the old cap. Therefore, the lens, including the caps, are now in excellent condition.
Also, I don't see any dust in the lens. I am not young and my eyes are not perfect, so perhaps you can spot some if you examine the lens, but you can see from the picture that the glass is very clean.
You will get everything that came in the original box, including the box. You will feel like you are buying a new lens, only at a much lower price. You can also be certain that you will be getting a very sharp copy of the lens as can be seen in my sample pictures.
