Brand new, with everything still in the box (opened, but the contents have never been moved or taken out; it doesn't come with a camera bag). The warranty form that came with the box states that both the body and the 18-55mm kit lens are covered under warranty - the warranty was verified and validated with Nikon in April so there should be about 12 months left on it.
