4x en-el3 battery
sb-80dx flash with box
lexar professional compact flash 1gb 80x speed
slightly broken lcd protector but still intact

all items in good and working condition. cant remember when i bought it. not sure how to check for shutter count but the dsc counter is at 9k++.
