Comes with whole box package and the stuffs inside except for its strep, as I've used it up and due to personal hygiene purpose. Thus, I'm throwing in a 3rd party strep as replacement.
Both body and lens (UB code) are in perfect working condition:

Lens - 10/10 cosmetic (mint)
