Some common user marks around the Flash hot-shoe area and around the bottom tripod slot area, which doesn't affect its function at all.. Thus, selling it at a quite low price.. Not for a fussy buyer though.
Not sure of the shutter count, you can bring your laptop along with the software to check on it.
Other than the above mentioned, the camera work very well and at its best condition.
