What i used to pack,
-Can fit laptops up to 15.4" (Fits my 13.3" + Power adapter)
-Canon 40D with grip + 70-200 F4L mounted
-17-40L & 50 1.8 lens on the side compartment
-580EX II Flash on the top compartment + your camera accessories, Memory cards, Card reader, charger, lens cleaning tools.. etc
-Also have a "hidden compartment" behind the laptop compartment, for you to store paper documents / booklets.
