- slight user marks are acceptable (as long as it doesn't look like it's been used as a skate board)

- will only top up if your camera is beyond expectations (got voice recognition)
ok don't knock yourself out so much with the conditions.
i'm not in a rush to buy and later get disappointed, just want to get the d90 that works for me.
