Typing in all cap in a posting/title is like shouting (Forum Etiquette).

Just imagine, in a busy food court, if someone suddenly stand up from his seat and shout "WISH PM LEE A SPPEDLY RECOVERY!!!"
what will be the reactions of the people around him like?

if you have a good reason to do, that is fine, but take note some other people might overreact toward this.

People failed to appreciate he deliberately underwent the operation this period of time and in local, so that he could spend time recover during CNY with minimum disruption to work, this is good employee and responsible civil servant, well done pm Lee, wish u speedy recovery.
