hey, instead of asking people in clubsnap, why don't ask the building management or property owner ?

let's not speculate what causes it, instead make the building management solve the issue.

if there is a hygiene issue of the building then i think this smell should be brought up all the way to the building management. IR will be ready soon and if such smell will cause health problem to tourists i think if not rectify soon then its management will kena one big time from the ministry.

We have a duty to enlarge this tolerant attittude to the whole spectrum of our society.
