Who's been hanging around Geylang Serai?

I keep seeing this photographer walking around the geylang serai area.

First time was during the Malay Bazaar itself, and the second time, is either today or yesterday.

Using a crumpler backpack with an Canon Digital SLR (didn't see the model).

I'm working at one of the shops in Blk 2 as my attachment.

jeez, a real waste of my time. We just sit around doing nothing for 8 hours.
