imo i am keen on a6000 n 16-70, i find the a6000 fast focus and sharpness of 16-70 impressive.

70 vs 105. Do you need that extra 35 length? If yes, then your choice is clear.

Nex 7 vs A6000. A6000 is the replacement model for Nex7. Sony roadmap already stated so. Choice is clear here.

oh.. i din really know that A6000 was replacement for Nex 7 because they had diff series names...

but the 105 is much cheaper than the 70

Because the 105 only goes as wide as 18, not 16.

Well, if sony can design a G 16-105, u can bet it will be as expensive if not more than the zeiss.

do you need the reach of the 18-105? can you live with the much bigger physical dimension? can you live with power zoom? Do you do video alot?



for me.. 16 - 18 not very much of a difference..so not a consideration

ok i just went to check the lens out again .. its not made in thai but in china lol.. seems alittle plastic to me.. i think i will invest on 16-70 instead..

Should be made in thailand. Unless the latest batch are mad in japan but i doubt so since this is a sony zeiss and not a real zeiss. Of cos, i might be wrong. The copy i have is made in thailand.
