Which broadband has the best customer service support?

No votes from me as I've never try Singnet, Pacnet, SCV before. Not eligible.

But between Singtel Magix and Qala, I would definitely go for the latter.

when i was with Singnet last time.. they got a number that is always engage. The other numbers will direct me back to that number as they are not able to service singnet services.. so thumb down for that. Maybe now improved?

SCV... take ages for them to answer my call... average wait time bout 20 mins. Requested them to correct my overcharged bill but until now (after 1 mont) still no news, so i won't pay until they sent me the correct bill ;p

Maybe cyberway 56k service, but not SCV.
