Which brand of CD-R

For CD-Rs I'm currently using Mitsubishi Black sold at Chamoxa. $20 for 50.

This question appeared a few times in HWZ, hmmm, if you want high quality ones go for the ones that use Taiyo Yuden dye. Eg. Sony ones (the older 'Color Mix' ones that has the Made In Japan thingy stamped on it, quite hard to find now). In case you're lazy to go search or anything, heres what I digged up:

Some other good recommendations:
Mitsubishi Sonic Black Crystal Azo -> $20/50 pcs @ Chamoxa
Fujifilm TY OEM CD-R -> $30.80 / 50pcs @ South Asia Computer (Funan)

Sony and Imation CDRs are okay,manufactured by a variety of manufacturers, Benq,CMC and Moser Baer included.

I usually buy from Zynix, Sim Lim Square 6th Floor for those no-brand and branded CDRs. No, I am not from Zynix or have friends inside, :nono:
Just to let you all know a great place to get good deals.

The no-brand CDRs I got from them, price is reasonable, $38 for 100s and if any CDRs is defective, can go for 1-to-1 exchange, even for no-brand. and they are always to able to answer technical questions quite well and make recommendations based on your application. Where to get this type of service elsewhere?

Btw, Branded CDRs price also reasonable.

That's the best shop. Got 1 to 1 exchange. Warranty a few months. Unlike some shops who only offer 30 day exchange. How can I use 50 cds in a month? A few of my cds bought 3-4 months ago burn spolit I also go back to exchange. :bigeyes: Where to find these type of deal. :bsmilie:
