Where to print photos up to 36" x 12" for coffeetable albums?

Hi,

I have been reading around for places to print coffee table albums but was not able to find a place that print up the 36" x 12" photos other than fotohub.

I am looking specfically for photo developing and not digital prints. A rough price estimation would also be nice. Any leads is appreciated.
