where to learn photoahop software?

can anyone advice me where to learn photoshop software and the cost course fee? would like to learn more cos i am currently using picasa only.

1. PS has built-in tutorials.
2. There areeasily about 100 on the web. Just google "Photoshop tutorials".
3. What's wrong with looking at the workshops and lessons on CS itself? Or didn't you bother to look before posting?
