Where to buy relatively cheap and nice photo frames?

Can any experts enlighten me about where or which shop to look for nice A4 photo frames with reasonable prices?

Would like to hang the frames on the wall at home, require about 20 to 30 pieces.

IKEA has the cheapest frame you can find.

best of all is there are many types for you to choose over there . . . with samples . . .
