try Oriental located at the basement 1 near the stairwell. i bought high powered LEDs there for personal use but they have all kinds of leds there and they are quite helpful in catering to ur needs but quite crowded the few times that i'm there.

Thanks guys, I know SL tower does sell different types of color LED... but i am looking for a "ready-made" flashlight (torchlight) operated using batteries. I am not an engineer hence not possible for me to DIY using those LEDs... :embrass:
