At Marina, I read it from 我报 newspaper.
I think better view will be from esplanade all the way down to marina bay.

just a thought... in the past, it used to be 10-15mins of fireworks all at one shot at the stroke of midnight... this time round they spread it over 3 hours... does that mean that it's only gonna be 3-5mins each time round? just a thought... pls dun flame me...

you need something wide more than something tele...

depends lar.. what is your type of fireworks photography? abstract or event type? wide angle lense gives u landscape, which u have to also consider the exposure to make sure that the buildings ard dun over exposed.

however telelense are much easier to exposuse and crop, and create effects by zooming in/out and stuff.. some examples of abstract/pattern of fireworks shots like:

Benjamin Sheares Bridge lor.

If shooting at Sentosa, probably at HarbourFront carpark. I ever saw people shooting there.

First time :D Mind to share how to go there by public transport, including taxi? I heard that it needs to drop off somewhere then walk back to the bridge. What's the name of building of the taxi stand?

Thanks in advance!

I don't have the map to show but there is a stair lead up to the bridge somewhere near suntec facing the sea. Just climb all the way up and you will reach your destination.

I suggest you so some recce tomorrow.

Good luck
