Ya EastGear sells it, saw it last week displayed in the shelf.

Yes. CP and Eastgear both sells the M10-2004.

After getting the M10, you'll need to shell out more money for a good plate to mount on your D70. When I mean good, I mean a plate that does not twist at all angles, including when the camera is angles for taking "portrait" instead of "landscape". I got the Wimberley P5. It mounts nicely on the D70 and does not twist at all.
