Eerr...I don't think there is such program call Elements CS3.

But there is Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 and there is Adobe Photoshop CS3. Both can be easily found in most computer shops. Unless you are refering to "other" version, then try your luck elsewhere.

Basically Elemnts 5.0 is the little brother of CS3.

You can get OEM copy of Elements 5.0 for under $70 from Challenger. I think there is another shop in SLS which sells the OEM version for under $50.

non-OEM (Retail) - come with box and manual.
