leave your name and contact number with them. Once the stock arrive, they will call you to pick up the goods.

oh ok thanks for all the help rendered. However, I just bought a billingham hadley pro, so i think my finance will be frozen for quite some time... aha...

ain't it nice to close another thread till you fiance comes out of codl storage ;)

you have to pre order from CP. there should be a waiting list, cause the last i checked, some people also want the lee filters (esp the holders, since they are the ones that are not available)

btw don't get the starter kit. waste your money cause there's some coral filter inside (a little redundant)

For those using Lee filters, and have used cookin filters before. Do you notice a lot of difference? Is it worth it to pay the extra bucks for it?

what are LEE filters?. darn good stuff? competing with B+W?

You can try to google around for some info on Lee filters as the application is pretty specialised I would say.

Good > its better or worst than Cokin depending on how you use it, afterall, if you search flikr, for cokin filter as key words, I'm sure you'll end up with breathtaking sights.

COmpeting with B+W? They are in the filter / color market alright, but I think the Photography area of Lee is very very small, since they seem to have a lot of filter material for Motion pictures

Tried googling before. Comparison information between the two is not readily available.
If you have, appreciate if you can post it here?

I didn't refer you to google for a comparison. You will very very very very very seldom find a comprehensive side by side review between any 2 filters types. Be it Cokin vs Lee, Singh Ray vs Lee Etc.

I was advising to look through flickr for example for samples of pictures taken by Lee filter and look for samples of pictures taken by cokin. At times you won't be able to tell the difference.

http://www.flickr.com/search/?q=cokin filter&w=all

http://www.flickr.com/search/?ss=2&w=all&q=Lee+Filter&m=text

which is more impressive? I can't tell myself from the filter. The cokin will be more than sufficient from my eyes POV
