is there a right way to shoot vertically?? like when u shoot vertically is your shutter release button on top of below??

Most of us have it on top with the grip on or the left side top without the grip

There is no RIGHT way, so as to speak. Just use whatever method you feel more comfortable with as I'm sure you have tried both the over & under method. Best is to get a vertical grip.

I find that I have better camera support with over hand method,
for under hand method, my left hand is taking all the weight of the camera, only use it if the flash head oriental position is an issue.

so you just find out which method give you better support.
