What you do if you were stop by someone?

when kick me out the manager told me :D kidding, i heard that from other photographers , and even not a law, wonder why we dont respect them, they take time to design, what if people steal, and what if we took photo then find spot to steal ....... Just my 2 cents. Sue me if u want. :D

Anyway, can we go back to his question about which setting he should use.

really depends on how your camera handle noise.
 

from what i know, in the US, if you are in a public place and you can see something with your naked eye, you can take picture of it.

not sure whether this applies locally.
 

dress like a tourist, bring a friend along, get friend to pose for picture, then quitely shift the shot to the left or right of your friend and take picture...then if guard coming, take a picture of friend so you can show to the guard that you are only taking holiday snap...:)
 

Even inside shops, they dun allow photography inside
