What mount is this?

Can anyone here recognize what this mount is? its is from a cooke ivotal 2" lens

it is not a c-mount but have treads on the internal

I've google it and it say C-Mount, but looking at the pics it has no treads on the ring mount.... hmmm look at the link below see if it is the same
