What makes a mini-lab successful?

What do you think makes a mini-lab successful? Is the price most important? The service? Convienient location? The people running the lab? :think:

All of the above the my friend.
I opperate one where I work and we offer:- ease of use, good prices, assistance/suggestions. All sorts of things. Best of all; we have a chance to talk to the customer (offer praise, or offer suggestions).
I have seen and discussed some excellent photo's customers have shared with me; and I have given assistance to some that were unhappy with their photo taking.

It is all good.
